Refund Policy

OOPS...... Is there something gone so wrong that you would like to have a refund of the invoice you have paid?

Well, as you know, we are in a business of providing you services in the form of consulting, designing and developing web & mobile applications, these are absolutely intangible goods and once delivered there is no way for us to take them back, or recover the cost of time paid to our programmers.

We deliver at our best and in general making you invoice post your work, which you are paying, and hence as such considering a refund on the services already provided is very difficult for us to consider.

However, please write to us at billing@intecons.com along with a copy to ceo@intecons.com with all screen shots and reasons for which a refund is being requested and we will try to resolve it to your satisfaction in all fairness, either by correcting the work, or by offering a partial / full refund. Such refunds are to be mutually agreed

For those clients, who are under any of our prepaid monthly support package, they are entitled to get a refund of their prepaid amount proportionately for the remaining days of service in the month any time, subject to you wish to cancel the support contract and you have not been able to utilize your free support hours
